Rose Fizz
The Haig Club takes on the Classic Champagne cocktail, served in a tall flute.

Ingredients
0.75oz Haig Club
1 Drop of Rosewater
1 Sugar Cube
3.5oz Champagne
1 Orange Twist (Garnish)
Equipment
1 Champagne flute
1 Ice Scoop
1 Jigger
1 Bar Spoon
method
Drop the Sugar Cube into a Champagne flute and add the drops of Rose Water.
Pour in the Haig Club to cover the Sugar Cube and dissolve.
Top up with the Champagne.
Spray a Grapefruit est over the top and discard.
