0.75oz Lemon Juice
0.5oz Crème de Cassis
0.5oz Sugar Syrup
1oz Champagne
1 Strawberry (Garnish)
1 Raspberry (Garnish)
1 Blackberry (Garnish)

1 Sling Glass
1 Ice Scoop
1 Jigger
1 Bar Spoon
1 Tongs
method
Build in a crushed ice-filled Sling glass.
Stir gently to combine.
Garnish with a Strawberry, Raspberry and Blackberry.
