1.75oz  Bulleit Rye

1.75oz  Pineapple Juice

3.5oz Ginger Ale

1 Pineapple Wedge (Garnish)

Equipment

1 Highball Glass

1 Ice Scoop

1  Jigger

1 Bar Spoon

1 Tongs

method

  1. Build in an ice-filled Highball glass.

  2. Stir gently to combine.

  3. Garnish with a Pineapple wedge.
