Ingredients

2oz Seedlip Garden 108

4oz Tomato Juice

0.25oz Dashes of Worcestershire Sauce

0.5oz Lemon Juice

4 Dashes of Tabasco Sauce

1 Celery Stalk (Garnish)

Equipment

1 Highball Glass

1 Ice Scoop

1  Jigger

2 Cocktail Shaker Tins

1 Hawthorne Strainer

1 Bar Spoon

1 Tongs

method

  1. Place all ingredients into a cocktail shaker & top with ice.

  2. To mix, gently pour the cocktail from the small cocktail tin into the large cocktail tin, doing this a few times until the drink is mixed well.

  3. Pour into a Highball glass & top with ice & garnish with a celery stalk.
