Serendipity

A beautifully balanced gin sour that layers the unmistakable taste of Tanqueray London Dry Gin with zesty lime, fragrant chamomile and honey syrup, and an acidic hint of apple cider vinegar, served up in a salt and pink peppercorn rimmed glass.

Ingredients

1.5oz TANQUERAY LONDON DRY GIN

0.75oz Honey & camomile syrup*

0.75oz Lime juice

2 Dashes apple cider vinegar

Equipment

1 shaker

1 strainer

1 copita glass

method

  1. Shake all the ingredients with ice and strain into a copita glass with a fresh chunk of ice.

  2. Garnish with salt and crushed pink peppercorn** rim to the glass.

*make a strong camomile tea and use this to dilute an aromatic floral honey 50:50
