Sherried Dandy Sour
The dried fruit flavors we often describe in Johnnie Walker Black Label are Christmas cake in style and the heavier and more full-bodied Speyside malts in the whisky really lend themselves to festive favorites such as sherry and nutmeg.

Ingredients
1oz Johnnie Walker Black Label
0.75oz Oloroso Sherry (or other dry sherry)
0.5oz Lemon Juice
0.5oz Sugar Syrup
0.5oz Egg White
1 Sprinkle of nutmeg to garnish
Equipment
1 Shaker
1 Rocks Glass
method
Shake all ingredients for 15-20 seconds.
Strain into a rocks glass over cubed ice and lemon wedge
Garnish with grated nutmeg.
