Ingredients

1.5oz Talisker Skye

0.25oz Lillet Blanc

3 Sage Leaves

1 Sage Leaf (Garnish)

Equipment

1 Martini Glass

1 Ice Scoop

1 Jigger

1 Bar Spoon

1 Tongs

1 Mixing Glass

1 Julep Strainer

method

  1. Slap the Sage Leaves and place in a Mixing glass.

  2. Add all the ingredients to an ice-filled Mixing glass.

  3. Stir to mix, chill and dilute.

  4. Strain into a chilled Martini glass.

  5. Garnish with a Sage Leaf.
