1.5oz Talisker Skye
0.25oz Lillet Blanc
3 Sage Leaves
1 Sage Leaf (Garnish)
Equipment
1 Martini Glass
1 Ice Scoop
1 Jigger
1 Bar Spoon
1 Tongs
1 Mixing Glass
1 Julep Strainer
method
Slap the Sage Leaves and place in a Mixing glass.
Add all the ingredients to an ice-filled Mixing glass.
Stir to mix, chill and dilute.
Strain into a chilled Martini glass.
Garnish with a Sage Leaf.
