0.25 Sugar Syrup
0.25 Lime Juice
1 Pineapple Wedge (Garnish)
1 Cocktail Cherry (Garnish)

1 Rocks Glass
1 Ice Scoop
1 Jigger
1 Cocktail Shaker
1 Hawthorne Strainer
1 Tongs
method
Shake all the ingredients with ice.
Strain into a Rocks glass over ice.
Garnish with a Pineapple wedge and Cherry.
