Spooky Spiced Espresso Martini
An Espresso Martini with a devilish spicy twist. This spooky edition of a truly classic cocktail is a great edition to the Halloween drinks list!

Ingredients
1.5oz. Captain Morgan Spiced Rum
1oz Fresh Espresso
0.5oz. Sugar Syrup
Equipment
1 Cocktail Shaker
1 Martini Glass
1 Strainer
1 Vapor gun
method
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
Add the Captain Morgan Spiced Rum, fresh espresso and sugar syrup and shake well.
Strain into a martini glass.
Use a vapor gun to float a bubble on the surface of the drink.
