0.5oz Agave Syrup
0.25oz Lime Juice
1 Orange Twist (Garnish)

1 Hawthorne Strainer
1 Fine Strainer
method
Shake all the liquid ingredients with ice.
Fine strain into a chilled Martini glass.
Garnish with an Orange twist.
