1.25oz Tanqueray No. 10

0.75oz White Grapefruit Juice

0.25oz Sugar Syrup 

2oz  Champagne

1  Grapefruit Peel (Garnish)

Equipment

1 Ice Scoop

1 Jigger

1 Champagne flute

1 Cocktail Shaker

1 Hawthorne Strainer

1 Tongs

1 Fine strainer

method

  1. Shake all ingredients except the Champagne with ice.

  2. Fine strain into a Champagne flute.

  3. Garnish with a Grapefruit Peel.
