Tanqueray Perfect TEN
A modern take on the classic martini, made with the world's best Gin, Tanqueray No. 10.

Ingredients
2oz Tanqueray No. 10
0.25oz Dry Vermouth
1 Grapefruit Peel
Equipment
1 Mixing Glass
1 Julep Strainer
method
Add the liquid ingredients to a mixing glass and fill three-quarters of the way with cubed ice.
Stir slowly for around 10 seconds.
Strain into a chilled Martini or Coupe glass.
