0.75oz Tanqueray Rangpur Gin.
2oz Premium Tonic Water.
Equipment
1 Rocks Glass
1 Ice Scoop
1 Jigger
1 Bar Spoon
1 Tongs
method
Build in an ice-filled Rocks glass.
Stir gently to combine.
Garnish with a Lemon and a Lime twist.

History of the Drink
When British soldiers stationed in India in the 19th Century were looking for a way to take quinine, a bitter substance that was used to cure Malaria, they invented the Gin and Tonic.
