1.25oz Tanqueray London Dry Gin

0.25oz French Herbal Liqueur

3 Dashes of Cherry Stone/Anise Bitters

Equipment

1 Ice Scoop

1  Jigger

1 Rocks Glass

1 Cocktail Shaker

1 Hawthorne Strainer

method

  1. Shake all ingredients with ice.

  2. Strain into a Rocks glass filled with Cubed ice.

  3. Garnish with an Orange wedge.
