0.75oz Tanqueray No. TEN

0.5oz Bitter Aperitif

0.5oz Tawny Port

1 Nutmeg (grated)

1 Orange Zest and Star Anise (Garnish)

Equipment

1 Low Ball Glass

1 Ice Scoop

1  Jigger

1 Mixing Glass

1 Bar Spoon

1 Grater

method

  1. Pour .75 oz Tanqueray No. TEN Gin into a mixing glass.

  2. Add .5 oz of bitter aperitif and .5 oz of tawny port.

  3. Stir briefly.

  4. Pour over ice in a lowball glass, grate nutmeg, add orange zest, and star anise to garnish.
