Tapos

The Tapos is a half-serve digestif from Canada’s Dear Friend Bar, made with rich Mr Black Coffee Liqueur, fernet liqueur, crème de cacao and a dash of crème de menthe.

Ingredients

1oz Mr Black Coffee Liqueur

0.5oz Fernet Liqueur

0.15oz Crème de cacao

3 Dashes of crème de menthe

1 Mint leaf to garnish

Equipment

1 Rocks Glass (8 oz)

1 Ice scoop

1 Strainer

1 Measuring jigger

1 Bar spoon

1 Mixing Glass

method

  1. Pour all ingredients into a mixing glass.

  2. Add ice and stir.

  3. Strain into a chilled rocks glass with ice.

  4. Garnish with mint leaf.

Alcohol content: 11g per serve.
