The definitive summer cocktail! Tanqueray No. 10 Gin chilled with fresh Lime Juice that's served on the rocks with a splash of Club Soda - delightfully light and limey!

1.75oz Tanqueray No. 10 Gin
0.75oz Lime Juice
0.5oz Sugar Syrup
3.5oz Soda Water
1 Lime Wheel (Garnish)
Equipment
1 Highball Glass
1 Ice Scoop
1 Jigger
1 Bar Spoon
1 Tongs
1 Cocktail Shaker
1 Hawthorne Strainer
1 Fine Strainer
method
Shake all the liquid ingredients, except for the Soda Water, with ice.
Strain into an ice-filled Highball glass.
Top with Soda Water.
Garnish with a Lime wheel.
