Ingredients

1.75oz Tanqueray No. 10 Gin

0.75oz  Lime Juice

0.5oz  Sugar Syrup

3.5oz  Soda Water

1  Lime Wheel (Garnish)

Equipment

1  Highball Glass

1 Ice Scoop

1 Jigger

1 Bar Spoon

1 Tongs

1  Cocktail Shaker

1 Hawthorne Strainer

1 Fine Strainer

method

  1. Shake all the liquid ingredients, except for the Soda Water, with ice.

  2. Strain into an ice-filled Highball glass.

  3. Top with Soda Water.

  4. Garnish with a Lime wheel.
