Ingredients

1.5oz Jonnie Walker Gold Label Reserve

0.75oz Honey Syrup (60/40) Runny Honey dissolved in Hot Water then chilled in the fridge.

0.75oz Lemon Juice

0.75oz Egg White

2 Dashes of Angostura Bitters

1 Orange Twist (Garnish)

1 Grapefruit Wedge (Garnish)

Equipment

1 Rocks Glass

1 Ice Scoop

1  Jigger

1 Cocktail Shaker

1 Hawthorne Strainer

1 Tongs

method

  1. Shake all the liquid ingredients with ice.

  2. Strain into an ice-filled Rocks glass.

  3. Garnish with an Orange twist and a Grapefruit wedge.
