Ingredients
1.25oz Ron Zacapa
0.5oz Orange liqueur
0.25oz Cinnamon syrup
2 Thyme springs
1 Whole egg
Equipment
1 Muddler
1 Shaker
1 Strainer
1 Coupe glass
method
Softly muddle one thyme spring and cinnamon syrup in a mixing glass, then add ice and the remaining ingredients.
Shake and strain into a chilled coupe.
Garnish with the remaining thyme spring.
