1.75oz  Tanqueray No. 10 Gin

0.25oz Grapefruit Juice

0.25oz Orange Juice

0.25oz Lime Juice

0.25oz Lemon Juice

0.5oz  Chamomile Syrup

Equipment

1 Martini Glass

1 Ice Scoop

1  Jigger

1 Cocktail Shaker

1 Hawthorne Strainer

1 Fine Strainer

method

  1. Shake all the liquid ingredients with ice.

  2. Fine strain into a chilled Martini glass.
