1.75oz  Smirnoff Amaretto

0.75oz Apricot Nectar

0.75oz Lemon Juice

1 Club soda

3 Dashes Bitters (optional)

1  Peach Slice (Garnish)

1 Mint Sprig (Garnish)

Equipment

1 Hurricane Glass

1 Cocktail Shaker

1 Hawthorne Shaker

1 Tongs

method

  1. Shake all ingredients except Club Soda with ice.

  2. Strain into a Hurricane glass over Crushed ice.

  3. Top with Club Soda and garnish with a Peach slice and a Mint Sprig.
