Ingredients

1.75oz Cîroc Vodka

0.25  tsp Wasabi Paste

0.25  Lemon Juice

0.25oz Simple Syrup

1 Pea (Garnish)

Equipment

1 Martini Glass

1 Ice Scoop

1 Jigger

1  Cocktail Shaker

1 Hawthorne Strainer

1 Fine Strainer

1 Tongs

method

  1. Shake all ingredients with ice.

  2. FIne strain into a chilled Martini glass.

  3. Garnish with a Pea.
