The Rickey is a style of a mixed drink similar to a highball but has half a lime squeezed and dropped into the glass. The original was made with Bourbon but was made famous by the Gin version.

Ingredients

1.7oz Bulleit Bourbon

0.5 Fresh Lime

3.4oz  Soda

Equipment

1 Highball Glass

1 Ice Scoop

1 Jigger

1  Bar Spoon

method

  1. Squeeze lime into Highball Glass.

  2. Drop spent lime into a glass.

  3. Build in a Highball Glass over Ice.

  4. Stir gently to combine.
