0.25oz Maple Syrup
0.25oz Ginger Wine
1 Orange Peel (Garnish)

1 Mixing Glass
1 Julep Strainer
1 Bar Spoon
1 Tongs
method
Stir all ingredients in an ice-filled Mixing glass.
Strain into an ice-filled Rocks glass.
Garnish with an Orange peel.
