Adapted from a classic Rob Roy cocktail by Manchester bartender Joesph Schofield, the simple William Wallace swaps Vermouth with a flavorful sherry.

1.7oz Johnnie Walker Gold Label
0.34oz Asterley Bros. Estate Sweet Vermouth
0.34oz Pedro Ximenez Sherry
3 dashes Orange bitters
Equipment
1 Coupette glass
1 Mixing glass
1 Stirrer
1 Strainer
method
Stir all ingredients in mixing glass to dilute.
Strain into small coupette.
Garnish with orange coin, no ice.
