Winter Highball

Ingredients

1oz Johnnie Walker Black Label

1oz Wheat Grass Cordial*

2oz Soda

1 Lemon for zesting

1 Lime for zesting

Equipment

1 Highball glass

method

  1. Fill a highball glass with ice

  2. Layer with Johnnie Walker Black Label and cordial

  3. Top with soda

ALCOHOL CONTENT

9.48g per serve

WHEAT GRASS CORDIAL

Ingredients:

  • 13oz water

  • 1.5oz fresh lime juice

  • 5g dry wheat grass

  • 7oz caster sugar

  • Skins of 1 lemon & 1 lime

Method:

  1. Add the the lime juice, water and wheatgrass to a pan.

  2. Cook on a low temperature until boiling.

  3. Add sugar and dissolve.

  4. Let it cool before filtering with a cloth.
