0.5oz Yuzu Juice
0.25oz Lemon Juice
0.25oz Matcha Tea
0.75oz Orgeat Syrup
1 Lemon Twist (Garnish)

1 Ice Scoop
1 Jigger
1 Martini Glass
1 Cocktail Shaker
1 Hawthorne Strainer
1 Fine Strainer
1 Tongs
method
Rim half the glass with Sugar.
Shake all the ingredients with ice.
Fine strain into the Martini glass.
Garnish with a Lemon twist.
