1.5oz Ron Zacapa No.23

0.75oz Pineapple Juice

4 Mint Leaves

0.5oz Lime Juice

0.25oz Sugar Syrup

1 Mint Leaf (Garnish)

Equipment

1 Ice Scoop

1 Jigger

1 Coupe Glass

1 Shaker

1 Fine Strainer

1 Hawthorne Strainer

1 Tongs

method

  1. Shake all ingredients over ice.

  2. Fine strain into a chilled Coupe glass.

  3. Garnish with a Sprig of Mint.
