Ingredients

100ml Baileys Original Irish Cream  

100ml Fresh Espresso

1 Scoop of good quality vanilla ice cream

Equipment

1 Latte Glass

1 Jigger

method

  1. Place the ice Cream in the center of the glass.

  2. Pour over the Espresso.

  3. Pour over the Baileys and serve.

Treat up your serve

Want to give your guests some extra indulgence? Pour your Baileys and coffee together over flavoured ice cream with some chocolate shavings. Or you can REALLY impress by hiding the ice cream inside a decadent chocolate sphere.
