Baileys Tiramisu
A delicious and decadent dessert inspired cocktail combining Baileys Original Irish Cream with rich mascarpone, bitter espresso and sweet sugar syrup.

Ingredients
50ml Baileys Irish Cream
70ml Mascarpone
10ml Espresso
10ml Sugar syrup
Equipment
1 Cocktail Glass
method
Mix together the espresso with mascarpone
Then add in the Baileys and the vanilla syrup and stir
Add ice and stir to cool
Then strain and serve in a cocktail glass
