50ml Baileys Original Irish Cream

12.5ml Gingerbread syrup

75ml Half and half or milk

1 Garnish - Chocolate gingerbread man

Equipment

1 Chilled coupe or martini glass

method

  • Add all ingredients with ice into a Boston Tin

  • Fill tin with ice

  • Shake

  • Strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass
