Citroen Soda
Combines Ketel One Citroen with a homemade soda water infused with elderflower and jasmine.

50ml Ketel One Citroen
150ml Jasmine tea
25ml Elderflower cordial
1 Lemon Twist and a Horse's Neck lemon Zest (Garnish)

1 Ice Scoop
1 Jigger

method
To make the Soda Water, combine Jasmine Tea and Elderflower Cordial.
Charge with Carbon Monoxide and chill on Ice.
Create a horse's neck garnish using an entire Zest of Lemon and put it into a glass.
Fill a Highball Glass with Ice, add Ketel One Citroen and top up with Homemade Soda.
Garnish with a Lemon Twist.
