A bold blend of blood orange infused Johnnie Walker Red Label, chocolate, beetroot and lime, accented with peated Scotch, salt and hot sauce, shaken with egg white and served straight up.

Ingredients

35ml Johnnie Walker infused with Blood Orange

10ml Peated Scotch Whisky (Johnnie Walker Double Black)

20ml Beetroot juice

15ml Lime Juice

10ml Chocolate sauce

1 Dash of tabasco

1 Pinch of salt

1 Egg white

Equipment

1 Shaker

1 Strainer

1 Martini Glass

method

  1. Add all the ingredients into a shaker with ice.

  2. Shake vigourously.

  3. Double strain and serve straight up.
