50ml Don Julio Reposado Tequila
135ml Orange juice
15ml Grenadine
1 Lime Wedge (Garnish)

method
Add Don Julio and grenadine to an ice-filled Highball Glass.
Layer the Orange Juice on top to create the classic sunrise effect.
Garnish with a Lime Wedge.

History of the Drink
The first of the two tequila sunrise variations are claimed to have been invented in or around 1930 in the Agua Caliente resort in Tijuana, Mexico, which gained popularity during US Prohibition.
