GORDON'S FIZZ

A classic gin fizz with a herbal touch, combining Gordon’s London Dry Gin with lemon and a rosemary sprig.

Ingredients

50ml Gordon's London Dry

25ml Lemon Juice

15ml Sugar Syrup

1 Soda water

2 Rosemary Sprig

2 Slice of Lemon

Equipment

2 Large wine glass (cabernet, tulip)

method

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, Gordon's London Dry, Lemon Juice and Sugar Syrup.

  2. Shake.

  3. Strain into a wine glass with ice.

  4. Top up with soda water.

  5. Garnish with a wedge of lemon and a rosemary sprig.
