Ingredients

50ml Gordon’s Tropical Passion Fruit

25ml Lemon Juice

25ml Sugar Syrup (1:1)

50ml Soda Water

1 Half Passionfruit

Equipment

1 Tapered/triangular highball glass

method

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, Gordon’s Tropical Passion Fruit, Lemon Juice and Sugar Syrup.

  2. Shake.

  3. Strain into a highball glass with ice.

  4. Top up with soda water

  5. Garnish with Half Passionfruit.
