This highball created by Rian Assidao is their go-to highball while visiting the Philippine coast - refreshing, fizzy, fruity, and cold. This recipe is a combination of the fruity and subtle smokiness of Johnnie Walker Black Label with the fruit flavours of apples, cranberry, and lime soda.

Ingredients

45ml Johnnie Walker Black Label

60ml Apple & Cranberry Juice

1 bottle of Lime Soda to top

1 Orange Slice

1 Highball glass

method

  1. Fill a highball glass with ice.

  2. Add all the ingredients, stir and serve.
