50ml Johnnie Walker Black Label

10ml Honey Syrup

20ml Ginger Syrup

20ml Lemon Juice

150ml Hot Water

1 Bay Leaf

1 Stirrer

method

  1. Pour the Johnnie Walker Black Label into a whisky glass.

  2. Stir in the honey syrup, ginger syrup, lemon juice and hot water.

  3. Garnish with a single bay leaf.
