25ml Lemon Juice
15ml Simple Syrup
1 Tsp Granulated Sugar
1 Lemon Twist (Garnish)

1 Cocktail Shaker
1 Hawthorne Strainer
1 Fine Strainer
1 Tongs
method
Shake all ingredients with Ice.
Fine strain into a chilled Martini Glass.
Garnish with a Lemon Twist.
