A delightfully dry and complex cocktail, mixing Ciroc, peach and green Chartreuse.

Ingredients

40ml Cîroc Vodka

15ml Peach liqueur

10ml Green Chartreuse

15ml Dolin Dry

15ml Lemon juice

1 Lemon Verbena (Garnish)

Equipment

1 Maille Glass

1 Ice Scoop

1 Jigger

1 Tongs

1 Muddler

1 Cocktail Shaker

1 Hawthrone Strainer

method

  1. Add all ingredients to a Cocktail Shaker filled with Ice and throw the ingredients through a strainer into an empty Cocktail Shaker.

  2. Repeat five times.

  3. Strain into an Ice-filled Maille Glass.

  4. Garnish with Lemon Verbena.
