Ingredients

1 Squeezed lime

15ml Elderflower cordial

30ml Apple juice

1 Pinch of pink pepper

5 Marjoram leaves

1 Ginger beer to top up

method

  1. Pour all of the ingredients into the glass, trying to use fresh ingredients where possible.

  2. Top up with ginger beer.
