50ml Talisker 10

50ml Orange Juice

10ml Lemon Juice

10ml Honey

25ml Egg White

1 Rosemary Sprig (Garnish)

Equipment

1 Martini Glass

1 Ice Scoop

1 Jigger

1 Bar Spoon

1 Cocktail Shaker

1 Hawthorne Strainer

1 Fine Strainer

method

  1. Shake all the liquid ingredients with Ice.

  2. Strain into an Ice-filled Rocks Glass.

  3. Garnish with a Rosemary Sprig.
