Ingredients
45ml Talisker 10yo Single Malt Scotch Whisky
15ml Ginger Syrup (equal parts ginger juice to white sugar)
90ml Mandarin Soda (we used Strangelove)
method
Garnished with Butternut Pumpkin Salt rim
Rim a chilled highball with your butternut pumpkin salt
Add all ingredients to glass, followed by good quality ice
