15ml Lemon Juice
15ml Sugar Syrup
1 Mint Sprig (Garnish)

1 Hawthorne Strainer
1 Fine Strainer

method
Shake all ingredients with Ice.
Fine strain into a chilled Coupe Glass.
Garnish with a Mint Sprig.
