50ml Nega Fulo Cachaça
15ml Sugar Syrup
4 Lime Wedges
1 Lime Wedge (Garnish)
Equipment
1 Rocks glass
1 Ice Scoop
1 Jigger
1 Bar Spoon
1 Tongs
1 Muddler
method
Muddle lime wedges with sugar syrup in the Rocks Glass.
Add the Cachaça and fill the glass with crushed ice.
Churn with a Bar Spoon.
Add more crushed ice if required.
Garnish with a Lime Wedge.
