100ml Viognier

15ml Peach Purée

15ml Elderflower Liqueur

1 Edible Flower (Garnish)

Equipment

1 Martini Glass

1 Ice Scoop

1 Jigger

1 Cocktail Shaker

1 Hawthorne Strainer

1  Fine Strainer

1 Tongs

method

  1. Shake all the liquid ingredients with Ice.

  2. Fine strain into a chilled Martini Glass.

  3. Garnish with an Edible Flower.
