100ml Ginger Ale
1 Orange Wedge (Garnish)

1 Julep Strainer
1 Bar Spoon
1 Tongs
method
Add the first two ingredients into a Ice-filled Highball Glass.
Top up with Ginger Ale.
Stir to combine all the ingredients.
Top with Ginger Ale.
Garnish with an Orange Wedge.
