Ingredients

25ml Smirnoff Root Beer

10ml Captain Morgan Dark Rum

100ml Ginger Ale

1 Orange Wedge (Garnish)

Equipment

1 Highball Glass

1 Ice Scoop

1  Jigger

1 Mixing Glass

1 Julep Strainer

1 Bar Spoon

1 Tongs

method

  1. Add the first two ingredients into a Ice-filled Highball Glass.

  2. Top up with Ginger Ale.

  3. Stir to combine all the ingredients.

  4. Top with Ginger Ale.

  5. Garnish with an Orange Wedge.
