25ml Captain Morgan White Rum

15ml Tanqueray Rangpur Gin

70ml Orange Juice

15ml Lime Juice

15ml Simple Syrup

15ml Orgeat Syrup

1 Sugar Cane (Garnish)

1 Lime Wheel (Garnish)

Equipment

1 Ice Scoop

1 Jigger

1 Rocks Glass

1 Cocktail Shaker

1 Hawthrone Strainer

1 Tongs

method

  1. Shake all the ingredients with Ice.

  2. Strain into a Rocks Glass over Cubed Ice.

  3. Garnish with a Sugar Cane and a Lime Wedge.
