Ingredients

35ml Johnnie Walker Gold Label Blended Scotch Whisky

10ml Amaretto liqueur

10ml Maple syrup

50ml Sparkling apple cider

1 Apple Slice (Garnish)

Equipment

1 Ice Scoop

1 Jigger

1 Rocks Glass

1 Cocktail Shaker

1 Hawthrone Strainer

1 Thongs

method

  1. Shake all the ingredients except the Cider with Ice.

  2.  Strain into a Rocks Glass filled with Ice.

  3.  Top with Apple Cider.

  4.  Garnish with an Apple Slice.
