50ml Don Julio Tequila
25ml White Crème de Cacao
12.5ml Grenadine
50ml Single Cream
1Tbsp Cinnamon Powder (Garnish)
Equipment
1 Coupe Glass
1 Ice Scoop
1 Jigger
1 Tongs
1 Cocktail Shaker
1 Hawthorne Strainer
1 Fine Strainer
method
Shake all the liquid ingredients with Ice.
Fine strain into a chilled Coupe Glass.
Garnish with a Cinnamon Powder.
